You’ll get a confirmation email.
If you paid a deposit, your balance is due December 15, 2025.
If you chose installments, the next three charges will post monthly starting Oct 1.
Fine print
All payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to participate in the trip for any reason, we’ll do our best to help you find a suitable replacement participant. However, we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be found, and your spot remains your financial responsibility until filled.
