Britt's 40th Birthday Bash
Kick things off Thursday at 1pm with an intro trail ride, then settle into ranch life with a welcome happy hour at 5pm. With that, the stage is set for a long weekend of trail rides, poolside breaks, and lively nights under the stars.
By day: ranch breakfasts, guided rides, and poolside downtime. By night: live music Friday and a karaoke showdown Saturday. On Sunday, linger over breakfast, head out for one last ride, or do both, before we part ways after lunch.
I can’t wait to celebrate with you. To make it all happen, there’s an all-inclusive contribution of C$1,875 per guest, which covers your bed, meals, rides, and evening events.

BBQ, Games & Campfire
This night is all about settling in. As the sun dips, we’ll gather for lawn games, a hearty BBQ, and a cozy fire. It’s your first chance to meet everyone and slide into ranch mode.
What to wear: Ranch Casual. Comfortable and relaxed with a nod to western staples. Keep it casual and ranch-ready. Think denim, plaid, sundresses, cowboy boots, bandana, casual layers for lounging by the fire.
The Silver Spur Soirée
Main Event | Friday, June 5
Birthday Dinner, Live Band & Dancing
Friday is the heart of the celebration. Dinner and toasts flow into a live band under the stars. It’s your chance to dress it up, dance hard, and look like ranch royalty.
What to wear: Western Chic. Think polished western with a touch of glamour—fringe in rich tones, sharp boots, suede or satin accents. Aim for elevated looks that are photogenic, dance-friendly, and carry a little grit with style.
The Sparkle pony showdown
Finale | Saturday, June 6
Karaoke Blowout
By Saturday it is all about playful energy and big sing-alongs. Sequins, rhinestones, wigs, and glitter light up the barn for a night of karaoke fun. From iconic anthems to guilty pleasures, the music carries us through the last night. Whether you are belting out a ballad or cheering from the crowd, this finale is full of sparkle, laughter, and memories that will last well beyond the weekend.
What to wear: Honky-Tonk Glam. Think cowgirl at Studio 54. Western sparkle with disco flair. Sequins, rhinestones, metallics, and bold accessories are all fair game. Outrageous, glittery, and fun, this finale look is about playful glamour that shines on stage and off.

Rustic, cozy, and comfortable. Shared cabins with AC, solid Wi-Fi, and a heated outdoor pool. This is not a luxury resort. Everything works, everything has character, and the atmosphere is warm, lived-in, and full of charm. Expect a ranch stay that feels authentic, welcoming, and effortlessly relaxed.

No stress! Most people haven’t! Sundance requires a short intro ride for all first-time guests (even if you’ve ridden elsewhere). It’s chill, guided, and a great way to get comfy in the saddle before the real fun begins.
If you’re scared or allergic to horses? #DBAP, but if you must BAP, that is totally fine - riding is encouraged but not required. You can come for the views, the vibes, the party, and skip the saddle entirely. No judgment. We’ll keep you busy (and cocktailed) either way.

Daytime:
Think layered and practical. You’ll be outdoors, on horseback, and moving between sunshine and shade, so comfort is key.For Riding:
Jeans are your go-to (stretchy ones are your friend). Add a light base layer, flannel or denim shirt, and a cozy sweater or vest you can peel off as the day warms up. Bring a jacket that can handle a little dust. It’s a ranch, not a runway. Closed-toe boots or sturdy shoes are a must for horseback riding and walking around the property.Cowboy boots and helmets can be rented on-site if you don’t have your own.
Evening:
Check out the Style Guide for nightly themes, from country glam to campfire casual. Nights cool down quickly, so pack layers and something you can dance, sing, or two-step in.Bonus:
Don’t forget your bathing suit. The heated outdoor pool and sun loungers will be calling your name in the afternoon. -
This isn’t a destination wedding but it is a destination birthday, and the fact that you’ve shown up and helped make it possible is the greatest gift of all. Here’s to memories and stories we’ll be telling when we’re old and grey; no wrapping paper required.
